Terms & Conditions — j9pm Platform Rules & Player Obligations

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and jj9pm ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the jj9pm website located at https://jj9pm.cam and all associated services, including but not limited to online casino games, sports betting, live dealer games, and payment processing.

• You have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you.

j9pm reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified may result in account suspension and witholding of funds pending verification.

Each Player is permitted to hold onlyone (1) registered account on jj9pm at any given time. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or otherwise additional accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You further agree to promptly update such information as and when it changes. j9pm is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for:

• All activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not, unless you have notified jj9pm of unauthorised access without undue delay.
• Ensuring that your account is not accessed by any third party, including family members.

j9pm accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Malaysian users:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay
• DuitNow QR, FPX (Financial Process Exchange) Online Banking
• Malaysian bank transfers: Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank
• Visa and Mastercard credit/debit cards
• Cryptocurrency: Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), Litecoin (LTC)

The minimum deposit amount is RM30 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your payment method and account verification status. Deposit amounts are credited in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless the payment method operates in a different currency, in which case conversion rates applicable at the time of transaction will apply.

All funds deposited must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. jj9pm does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Any deposit identified as originating from an unverified or third-party source may be reversed, and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

j9pm does not charge deposit fees. However, certain payment providers or banks may impose their own transaction charges, which are solely the responsibility of the Player.

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically feasible, in order to comply with anti-money laundering requirements.

All withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed the full KYC verification process prior to the first withdrawal being processed.
• There must be no outstanding wagering requirements attached to any bonus funds currently active in your account.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed any applicable daily, weekly, or monthly withdrawal limits associated with your VIP tier or payment method.
• Your account must be in good standing with no active investigations, disputes, or security holds.

Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

In the event of any conflict between a specific promotional term and these Terms, the specific promotional term shall prevail.

General bonus terms applicable to all promotions on jj9pm unless otherwise specified:

• Wagering Requirement: Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times (typically between X10 and X20) before they become eligible for withdrawal. The wagering requirement figure is clearly stated on each individual promotion page.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus Play: When playing with active bonus funds, the maximum permitted stake per bet or spin is RM500 unless a lower limit is specified in the promotion. Breaching this limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Game Contribution: Slot games generally contribute100% toward wagering requirements. Table games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette) typically contribute 10–20%. Live dealer games may contribute at a reduced rate. Specific contribution rates are published on each promotion page.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus funds and any associated wagering requirements must be satisfied within the specified validity window (typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of credit). Any uncompleted wagering requirement at expiry results in forfeiture of the remaining bonus balance.
• Sticky Bonuses: Certain promotions are designated as "sticky" — meaning the bonus amount itself cannot be withdrawn, only winings generated from wagering the bonus amount. This will be clearly stated in the promotion terms.
• Maximum Cash-Out: Some promotions impose a cap on the maximum withdrawable amount derived from the bonus. This cap is specified in the individual promotion terms.

All bets placed on the jj9pm sportsbook and casino platform are subject to the following general rules:

• A bet is confirmed only when it has been accepted by the j9pm system and a confirmation reference number has been issued. Bets that are not confirmed due to technical issues, insufficient funds, or system error are void.

• Mix Parlay bets — popular among Malaysian football bettors on EPL and Liga Super Malaysia markets — are settled on an all-or-nothing basis per the odds applicable at the time each individual leg was placed.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jj9pm platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, witholding of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, or using an account registered in a third party's name.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated systems to interact with the Platform in any manner not sanctioned by jj9pm.
• Coluding with other players in card games, poker, or any other game where collusion constitutes cheating.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities — any such discovery must be reported to jj9pm support immediately.
• Attempting to launder money or use j9pm for any activity that facilitates money laundering or the financing of criminal activity.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated without first raising the dispute with j9pm customer support.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions.

j9pm reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Suspected breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following request.
• Suspected fraudulent, collusive, or abusive activity.
• Receipt of a valid court order or regulatory instruction requiring the freezing of funds.
• Death of the account holder (in which case, estate representatives should contact jj9pm).
• A Player's own request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gambling provisions.

Where an account is closed due to a Player's own breach of these Terms, jj9pm reserves the right to withold funds pending the outcome of any investigation. Where a Player requests voluntary account closure in good standing, any verified balance will be returned via the original payment method within ten (10) business days.

jj9pm is committed to promoting responsible gambling and minimising the risk of gambling-related harm. The following tools are available to all registered Players free of charge:

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which j9pm is incorporated and licensed to operate under its international licensing framework.

By using the Platform, Malaysian users acknowledge and accept that:

• jj9pm is not regulated by any Malaysian government authority, including Bank Negara Malaysia, the Securities Commission Malaysia, or any other domestic body.
